Based in London, I provide strategic advice with practical guidance to investors, developers and corporate clients, helping them make informed decisions, evolve property portfolios, and deliver asset-level and business transformation.
I have advised clients on mandates involving lot sizes ranging from sub-£1 million to over £100 million, including portfolio and asset-level strategies, integrated asset management, and commercial development projects which has involved personal risk-taking. I also support clients in sourcing opportunities, arranging equity and development funding.
With broad experience serving on boards, advisory committees, and as a trustee, I bring strong leadership and mentoring skills. Having managed a professional services firm - shaping strategy, overseeing operations, and negotiating corporate transactions - this underpins my ability to contribute not only as a consultant, but also as a non-executive director and external advisor.
